Partner Terms

These terms apply to cab owners, fleet owners and tour operators on the Namma Grab partner network.

Verification

Partners must complete KYC (identity, driving licence, vehicle RC, permits as applicable) before receiving enquiries. Providing false documents leads to immediate removal.

Leads and subscription

Enquiries ("leads") are shared based on your service areas, vehicle types and subscription. A lead is an introduction, not a guaranteed booking — customers choose whom to confirm with.

Zero commission

We charge no commission and no per-trip fee. You keep 100% of the fare you quote. Your subscription is the only platform charge.

Conduct

Customer contact details may be used only for the specific enquiry. Misuse of customer data, bait-and-switch quoting, or no-shows after confirmation lead to suspension or termination.
