By using Namma Grab (website or app) you agree to these terms.

What Namma Grab is

Namma Grab is an enquiry network that connects customers with independent, KYC-verified cab partners. We are not a transport operator and we do not provide cabs ourselves. The trip contract — fare, timing, vehicle — is strictly between you and the partner you confirm with.

Your responsibilities

Raise genuine enquiries, keep your contact details accurate, and honour bookings you confirm with partners. Misuse (fake enquiries, harassment, spam) leads to account suspension.

Fares and payments

We never fix, estimate or collect fares. Any fare is agreed between you and the partner and paid directly to them. We charge no commission on trips.

Liability

We verify partners' KYC but the trip itself is delivered by the partner. Disputes about the trip are between you and the partner; we will assist with records of the enquiry and confirmation where we can.
