Namma Grab ("we") is a cab enquiry network. This policy explains what we collect and why — in plain language.

What we collect

Your mobile number (for OTP login), your name, and the trip details you enter in an enquiry: route, date, time, vehicle type, passengers and notes. We do not collect payment card details — trip payments happen directly between you and the partner.

Who sees your details

Your contact number is shared only with verified partners engaging with your active enquiry, and only so they can call or WhatsApp you about that trip. Your number is never published publicly, never sold, and never shared with advertisers. Other customers can never see your details.

What we never do

We never store your OTP, never expose your number on any public page, and our website never caches your login token or private enquiry data in the browser or service worker.

Your controls

From your enquiry page you can stop partner contacts, cancel an enquiry, or log out of all sessions. To delete your account and data, contact support@nammagrab.com or call +91 97905 49790.

Data security

All traffic runs over HTTPS. Access to customer data is logged and audited on our backend.
